MixWell is a Swedish family owned business based in Västerås, just an hour North of Stockholm. We produce gluten-free mixes, all of which are versitile and easy to use. Our aim is to make mixes that appeal both to coeliacs and non-coeliacs alike and where the finished product looks and tastes just like the real thing We are continuously working on new products for our growing market. |

History
MixWell was founded in 1999. Our business idea was to make gluten-free mixes that would cater for a variety of tastes and uses. The mixes would be versitile and easy to use and would be of the highest quality. We also wanted our mixes to appeal both to coeliacs and non-coeliacs alike. We are proud to admit that we have achieved our goals and are planning ahead with new and exciting ideas! Today MixWells products can be found in supermarkets and chemists throughout Sweden. Lots of bakeries, both in Sweden and abroad use our products and the food industry has also discovered how good our mixes are!

Control
MixWells production is monitered regularly by the Health and Environmental Dept in the local Council of Västerås. Products are randomly picked and analysed to ensure that our mixes are of the highest quality possible. MixWells gluten-free mixes are made in accordance to the rules and regulations put down in the Codex Alimentarius (stipulated by WHO and FAO) All of MixWells products are made in accordance to HACCP.
